Tim Wills
Tim grew up in Bristol and trained at Trent Polytechnics. He qualified whilst working in Atis’s Birmingham offices, then in 1997 spent a year working in South America building Community Centres. On returning to London he joined BCM to do investment agency.
He has since acted for a variety of clients including Henderson, the Prudential, Ashtenne Holdings, Haslemere, Lathe, Development Securities, Invista Real Estate, Propinvest, Highcross, Arlington and a small number of private clients.
Recent deals have included the acquisition of a House of Fraser store in Grimsby and Derry’s Cross Retail block in Plymouth.
He is married to Jenny and is passionate about youth work and playing football, amongst other things
