John Reavley
John’s career began in valuations at Henry Butcher & Co in 1988, before moving on to Brian Cooper & Co where he specialised in development until 1991. He then moved into investment before becoming a founding partner of Holley Blake. In 2004, he joined Barrs Freer Smith as a director, before being welcomed as a partner at BCM in September 2006.
John’s extensive and wide ranging experience spans over twenty years, and in this time he has built strong relationships with numerous clients whom he continues to advise, including Antler, Invista, Thorneycroft, Marchday and Monteagle Barlow Trust, along with a number of private property companies.
Recent transactions include the sale of 3 buildings at Cambridge Science Park on behalf of Equitable Life, the forward purchase of an office pre-let to BT in West Bromwich for Invista, and the sale of an office village on Capability Green, Luton for Gleeson.
