Andrew Riley
Previously a director of both Franc Warwick and Michael Elliott, Andrew joined BCM as a partner in 1998. Since then Andrew, along with Philip Cooper, has helped develop BCM into one of the most creative niche investment agencies in the UK.
He has amassed considerable experience in private client investment agency over the last 18 years and specialises in working with a number of high net worth Asian clients together with a number of UK property companies and institutions. Through these highly involved and intense relationships he has become extremely adept at deal structuring and property financing.
More recently he has combined his client base to form structured joint venture partnerships whereby institutional clients can take advantage of leveraged property investments and private clients can gain exposure to the expertise of institutional partners. His current focus is working with banks and borrowers on debt purchases and restructuring. A recent example of this is the c.£45 million purchase of WG Mitchell (in admin) from RBS and Ernst and Young as administrators. Andrew also runs BCM Investments, a company that specialises in co-investing both institutional and property company clients. BCM Investments also maintains an active asset management role in all the JV transactions both from a property and a banking perspective.
He lives in Barnes with wife Jacky, son Oliver and stepdaughters Milly and Tiggy.
