Andrew Dobson
Andrew’s career began at Donaldsons in 1995, after graduating from Nottingham University in 1993 followed by a conversion course in Property Valuation and Law in 1995, at City University Business School.
Andrew qualified in 1997 whilst working in retail and investment at Donaldsons, and became their youngest partner in 1999. He joined BCM in January 2005 specialising in national investment. With over 10 years of multi-sector UK investment market experience, Andrew has an exceptionally broad knowledge of the property market.
Over this period, he has built a considerable list of clients, advising institutions, property companies and private investors on sales, acquisitions and a number of complicated funding transactions across all sectors, including numerous transactions for both Threadneedle, Catalyst and Invista.
Andrew has recently been involved in the acquisition of a medical facility in Guildford and the sale of Wolsey Business Park in Richmansworth.
