Previously a director of both Franc Warwick and Michael Elliot, Andrew joined BCM as a partner in 1998. Since then Andrew, along with Philip Cooper, has helped develop BCM into one of the most creative niche investment agencies in the UK.
He has amassed considerable experience in private client investment agency over the last 18 years and specialises in working with a number of high net worth Asian clients together with a number of UK institutions. Through these highly involved and intense relationships he has become extremely adept at deal structuring and property financing.
More recently he has combined his client base to form structured joint venture partnerships whereby institutional clients can take advantage of leveraged property investments and private clients can gain exposure to the expertise of institutional partners. Recent examples include Plantation Place in the City of London, The Crendon Industrial Partnership and the purchase of the entire property assets of Booker Cash and Carry.
He lives in Barnes with wife Jacky, son Oliver and stepdaughters Milly and Tiggy.
